What are the first things that people see from an organization?

I asked myself this question when starting my position at SNAP Financial Access and my answer to this was our promotional/information flyers.

Looking at our flyers, I knew it was time for an update, my goal when designing the “Business Center” flyers was to use graphics to illustrate the topic of the workshop and for 1) our brand “The Business Center” to be prominently placed at the top and 2) to have the course title easily read from a distance.

On regular 11 x 8.5 paper, the workshop titles “Dreambuilder” and “Get Started” were easily read by people ages 25, 40 and 65 over 20 feet away.
